Patients and caregivers receive weekly behavioral nudges based on their individual profiles. Multimedia assets support local languages and different literacy levels through voice, text, and video.
Our infrastructure is built to reliably track caregiving progress through the uptake of recommended practices and care-seeking behaviors, beyond engagement metrics.
Our team of in-house nurses and doctors provide one-on-one live support to patient queries, using an AI Copilot grounded in a vetted knowledge base.

Great care starts with great training. Noora Academy is our in-house learning platform built to upskill the healthcare workers at the heart of everything we do. It offers flexible, self-paced courses that complement and deepen in-person learning. It has proven to be a powerful complement to face-to-face training, giving in-person sessions space to focus on what they do best — hands-on practice and real human connection — while also serving as an effective standalone approach for refresher and booster training.
