Indonesia Remote Engagement Service

In the heart of Indonesia, a revolutionary healthcare initiative is taking shape. We are thrilled to announce our collaboration with the Pamekasan regency and Yayasan Noora Health Indonesia to bring forth a WhatsApp-based service tailored for pregnant mothers, new mothers, and their caregivers. This service, launched post every CCP (Care Companion Program) health education session, offers timely and engaging health information, including messages, images, and videos, tailored to the specific trimester of pregnancy and the age of the baby. Maternal Mortality remains a pressing issue in Indonesia and Noora Health’s pioneering Care Companion Program aims to tackle this very problem by involving caregivers in the recovery process.

Our mission is to seamlessly integrate essential healthcare reminders and resources into the daily routines of patients and caregivers. With the alarming revelation from the Indonesia government’s integrated primary care pilot that only 14% of expecting mothers recognize warning signs, there’s an undeniable need for heightened awareness. This initiative, in alignment with the Ministry of Health’s vision of strengthening the primary care system, leverages the Puskesmas, Pustu, Ponkesdes, Posyandu, Posyandu Prima, and the role of Bidan Desa as pivotal touchpoints in healthcare delivery. Noora Health’s Care Companion Program accentuates this strategy, ensuring consistent information flow to referral centres like RSUDs, thereby aligning with secondary care health system transformation goals.

Harnessing the power of WhatsApp, we aim to empower individuals in Indonesia to confidently identify symptoms, decide on check-ups, and connect effortlessly with healthcare professionals, all from the comfort of their homes. We envision a new era of healthcare, where information meets action, and family-based care becomes a way of life.
