Noora Health’s mission is to improve health outcomes and save lives by equipping family caregivers with the skills they need to care for their loved ones, making them an integral part of healthcare delivery.

Noora Health turns hospital hallways and waiting rooms into classrooms by tapping into the most compassionate resources available for the patient’s care — the patient’s own family. By turning these worried loved ones into skilled caregivers, we help make family members an important pathway to healthcare delivery and reduce preventable patient complications.

With the support of state governments in India, the Government of Bangladesh, the Government of Pamekasan Regency (Kabupaten Pamekasan), Indonesia, and large private hospital systems, we have trained over 8.4 million caregivers across more than 10,900 facilities. In a cohort of patients, the program reduced post-surgical cardiac complications by 71%, newborn readmissions by 56%, and there was an 85% increase in skin-to-skin care among new parents.

By 2028, Noora Health will expand to reach over 70 million caregivers and patients across four countries.
