Shahed is committed to creating inclusive global health systems that recognize skilled caregivers as essential to better health outcomes. He focuses on program development, tech, research, and partnerships to build sustainable systems. Shahed received his MD from Stanford University and is currently an associate faculty member at Ariadne Labs at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. He was also a 2022 TED speaker, Audacious Project winner, and Skoll Foundation awardee.
