In her role at Yayasan Noora Health Indonesia, Cinta oversees the end-to-end design of the Care Companion Program (CCP) to deliver improved outcomes for patients, facilities, and the health system in Indonesia. With over a decade of experience as a behavior design strategist, human-centered design facilitator, and communications specialist, she leads a cross-functional team to develop CCP programs informed by patient and caregiver needs. A people-person at heart, Cinta believes in the power of human interaction and collaboration to create meaningful, lasting impact.
